Dr. Dadas, VP of IRB Services, has worked exclusively in Human Research Protection and Research Administration for over 30 years in the educational and private sectors. She has effectively administered and had oversight of 16 IRBs; several commercial IRBs for review of industry-sponsored research; a comprehensive education program for researchers, IRB members, faculty, and research staff; and an audit/review program for the Human Research Protection Program enterprise (HRPP). She has served as a board member (Scientist) and IRB Chair at Compita Consulting and IRB Services.

Dr. Stimers specializes in Institutional Review Board services, providing expertise in research ethics, compliance oversight, and protocol development for human subjects research. With over 20 years of experience in research methodology and data analysis, he has helped many researchers design studies that meet ethical and regulatory standards. As a college institutional researcher and Chief Information Officer, he conducted data analysis, risk modeling, and compliance evaluations to support IRB decision-making. His work included grant writing, policy recommendations, and reviewing research proposals for ethical and methodological soundness.
